We spent years scouring the industry for our perfect match – the one that could do it all, the one we could trust with our entire portfolio, the one that could give us the best return on our investment. After what felt like an eternity of bad dates, we’ve pretty much seen and heard it all.
Marathon networking connected us to the whole gamut of professionals in sourcing, packaging, mailing, printing, customer service, and logistics, opening our eyes to a bevy of uncoordinated solutions. Experience with the main shipping and fulfillment players taught us what pitfalls to expect - mountains of paperwork and red tape, line item fees, upfront costs, holiday delays, mislabeled products, and every possible mishap you could think of in between. To get the results we wanted, it seemed we would have to do it ourselves.
So about a dozen campaigns ago, we decided to combine our vast network of connections with our hard-earned savvy and put them to the ultimate test. We founded Push Innovation, our very own fulfillment center.
In the very first year of operation, we grew from a small storage room to two full-fledged warehouses. Apparently, we got a lot of things right.
