We consider ourselves the Saatchi & Saatchi of large parcel Hotelier & Residential Development marketing sales and acquisition services. Our services include, land development and marketing throughout Costa Rica. We identify exquisite jewels buried in the sands and jungle of of this rapidly expanding country, and bring them to market. Our inventory of properties include beachfront hotel concessions, titled beachfront land, multi-lot residential development opportunities, and raw land for residential and commercial development. We scout, market and sell properties that are perfectly placed for investment. Our inventory of properties have special attributes, defining the entitlements as one of a kind, large scale development for institutional purchasers. From horizontal to vertical development options, after locating and identifying the desired piece of property, we work as partners with land holders to develop a digital executive summary and other various marketing tools which impart the worthiness of the parcel to perspective purchasers within the institutional, or residential development arenas. We work hand in hand with both the sellers, and buyers of these parcels to complete the transaction. Once the transaction has been completed, we can further engage in the project management aspects of the undertaking on the local level to ensure the successful build out, development, marketing, and sales of the vertical aspects of the project. Additionally, on our team, we have three seasoned financial equity advisors who also assist with scaling the project, identifying interested investors, and papering the deal. Our grouping of Internationally and American based equity advisors and marketing and real estate experts gives us such reach as to gain and provide further consultation from the leading hoteliers, engineers, attorneys, architects and developers in the field. We work on both equity and fee based scales as agreed upon with our clientele.
