ears ago, my Grandfather had a few hundred-acre farm in northwest South Dakota. His accolades, including successfully raising a large family on farm wages, included many awards for his conservation and stewardship of his small plot.
I’ve always viewed my Grandfather as ahead of his time. Planting hundreds of trees to limit erosion, understanding the slopes in the land to stop runoff, and caring for the land so it would take care of his family. Decades before, “organic,” “regenerative,” or “sustainable” terms were around.
The farm may have skipped a generation, but farming is in our blood.
We all want to make a positive difference in the world. The Pulschers (Greg, Laura, and Evelyn) believe that the most significant vehicle for positive change is investing in yourself, your family, friends, soil, and the local community.
Our mission is to grow delicious and nutritious local food that also improves the local environment for you.
We achieve this by constantly adjusting and learning new processes. Our goal is to improve the land using regenerative practices slowly.
There is no point in waiting for perfection, so we make do with what we have.
Thank you for your generous support of our family farm. We hope to provide you with superior local produce that will inspire you to improve your own plot in life.
