Puerto Rico Asc Holding

Puerto Rico ASC Holding Co., Inc. (“PR-ASC”) is a holding company founded on August 17, 2007 to engage in the development, management, and operation standalone ambulatory surgical centers (“ASC”) in Puerto Rico. Currently, PRASC owns and operates three state of the art ASCs. These include Guaynabo Ambulatory Surgical Group (“VISTA”), Caguas Ambulatory Surgical Center (“CASC”), and Centro de Cirugía Ambulatoria Láser Medico (“CALMA”). PR-ASC is currently developing a fourth ASC, the Santurce Ambulatory Surgical Center (“SAS”), that is expected to be open in late 2026.
