Our mission is to support educational and vocational publishers for ramping up revenue in eBook distribution. Customers benefit from various toolset available in a platform as a service model. The system enables publishers to deliver their content digitally to their targeted market: - Personalized and customized eBooks for Academic, STM type of market. - Enriched replica eBooks for K-12 schools. - Enriched replica eBooks for corporate training The key objective is to empower customers to monetize standard-approved eBooks (EPUB 3) with minimal disruption of their operation. Founded in 2010, the company is based in Fribourg/ Switzerland where it employs 4 people. In a wish to quickly adapt to market changes, the company has built a network of competent subject experts in Europe. The company, registered as a limited company with significant input from the majority shareholder, is supported by a loan from regional institutions. To support software development and the delivery of the first contracts to international customers, Publiwide has completed a significant round of financing in April 2013.
