PtD were formed to provide Management Consultancy Services, focusing on the direction and delivery of technology enabled change programmes. Our core competencies being around Fixing Problems, Recovery, Leadership, ICT directorate leadership, Programme Direction, and Governance. Our recent clients include: PCMS/Flooid, Travis Perkins Group, Waitrose, Baku 2015, and Honda Motors Europe. We have provided interim Director and "Head of" roles in Delivery, Enterprise Architecture, and Service Management. In all cases we have been able to make a major difference to the relationships between client and supplier, the way the teams operate, how programmes are delivered and driven changes to the top and/or bottom lines. Our technology skills are drawn from experience on a wide range of clients through previous engagements with communications service providers and mobile phone operators, HMRC, the Home Office, with interesting shorter terms projects with the Cabinet Office, Royal Mail, Local Government, John Lewis and Waitrose.
