Property Protector was originally developed specifically for the Property Owning clients of a leading East Midlands Property Management & Estate Agent, C P Walker & Son. This partnership, originally established in 1896, combines expertise in property sales, letting, management and insurance and has over 125 years experience in the UK property market. Property Protector was launched to a wider audience in 2002, and is a unique property owner’s insurance contract that provides exemplary cover, backed by a panel of the UK's leading insurers including Zurich, AXA, Munich Re and Ecclesiastical. The Property Protector scheme now has over 5,000 policyholders throughout the UK.
