Projects of Place was founded in 2013 by Caitlin Ure, a property industry professional with over 20 years’ experience in business development and operations management, specialising in strategic brand, marketing and communications. Caitlin’s ability to translate visionary concepts into action plans and create new opportunities has seen her successfully direct and deliver ambitious projects in highly competitive geographic and economic markets for some of the most recognised and awarded property developers and brands in the UK, Europe and Australia. Caitlin is driven to achieve commercial outcomes by leveraging brand distinction in innovative ways and is naturally drawn to bold and progressive businesses that place a high value on brand experience and fostering meaningful relationships with their customers and business partners. Caitlin leads projects with resourcefulness and ingenuity, she is strategic and results-driven and is experienced in a variety of business environments, from start-ups to large corporations. Previous roles include Managing Director of a leading London property marketing consultancy and Marketing Director positions with highly branded and diversified property companies. More recently, Caitlin is focused on projects that are more closely aligned with her personal passions, including tourism, hospitality, lifestyle and wellness concepts. Caitlin’s genuine interest in meeting people is evident in her approach and has positively influenced the creation of successful collaborations that cross over sectors and produce inspired commercial partnerships. The same love for people has prompted her to mentor and coach individuals and teams for personal and career development. Originally from Melbourne, Caitlin founded Projects of Place in London and has since relocated to Lisbon and opened an office in Sydney.
