The Renewable Energy Pathways Program's mission is to empower underprivileged minority high school students to pursue careers in renewable energy and build a more diverse and inclusive clean energy workforce. We aim to inspire students to consider alternative paths to success beyond traditional four-year colleges and provide them with the resources and knowledge they need to succeed in the renewable energy sector. We want to empower underprivileged and minority youth to become leaders in the renewable energy sector, by providing them with a comprehensive education and hands-on training in the latest technologies and techniques. Through this program, we aim to address both the environmental and social challenges facing our society, by promoting equity and sustainability for all. By fostering a sense of community, purpose, and self-sufficiency among our students, we hope to inspire and enable them to make a positive impact on their own lives and communities, and to build a brighter and more hopeful future for us all."
