In December 2004,
Procat began its business as a consultancy company for customer care operations and soon after became the leading technology provider for In-house & Outsource Call Centre companies in Turkey. Till today Procat installed and supported more than 12,000 seats in Turkey, the Middle East and Europe.
2006
Procat expanded its product and service offering with Speechouse, a group company founded in 2006. Speechouse was founded to provide applications and projects using advanced speech technologies such as speech recognition, speech analysis, speech signatures, text-to-speech conversion, virtual assistants, and natural language perception routing.
In 2009,
the first Call Center Hotel (CCH) concept in Turkey was founded by Procat. CCH provides the outsourcing of call centre company locations, facilities for periodic projects and proof of concept facilities for clients that want to identify their needs before investing in call centres. Focused on a hotel concept, CCH enables the healthy and efficient growth, flexibility and redundancy of a call centre equipped with the latest technologies.
In 2014, Procat started to offer BPO services with the motto "Happy employees, successful projects and satisfied clients..."
Today
Procat serves in the fields of collection, sales, customer service and Telecom, Aviation, E-Commerce, Banking, Automotive, Insurance and Gambling.
Over the years, Procat has gained experience in operations in Turkish, English, German, Dutch, French, Arabic and Russian languages and has achieved success in BPO projects thanks to our experienced team and the use of leading technology in the market.
