Founded in 1983 ProHome International has served over 5,000 developer customers in 115 cities throughout the USA. Among the regular customers are some of the biggest names in property development globally, among them are Carlyle Group, MGM, Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons as well as some of the largest national house builders in the USA.
We work together with the developer to agree the parameters published in a 1 or 2 year warranty, we then produce a development specific warranty booklet to give to every buyer.
ProHome then conducts a number of “walkthroughs” at completion of build and handover to the buyer to ensure the agreed quality parameters have been met by the individual sub-contractors, a snagging list is produced and completion of remedial works is confirmed.
A final walkthrough is scheduled shortly before the end of the warranty term.
For the duration of the warranty, ProHome provides the buyer with a single point of contact for any problems they encounter with their new home.
ProHome schedules and co-ordinates any remedial works that has to be carried out during the warranty period. The developer or builder is provided with regular comprehensive reports on the performance of their sub-contractors and any problematic materials they may have used.
