Private Equity Support (P.E.S) is a consulting firm that works with Small and Growing Businesses (SGBs) to get them investor ready as part of capital raise process or as a growth repositioning strategy PES provides both sell side and buy side support for transactions in Sub Saharan Africa. On the sell side, we work with entrepreneurs to review, value and package their businesses for capital injection from investors or reposition for growth. On the buy side, we work with investors such as corporates, institutional investors and private equity firms to originate, due diligence, evaluate and package suitable target companies into profitable and value enhancing investments. We do this through provision of industry and functional expertise gathered over decades of working in capital markets, private equity and blue chip corporates in Sub Saharan Africa.
