PrimePoint Partners is a management consulting company with offices in Skopje and Podgorica specialized in implementation of high-impact economic development programs, strategic advisory, business acceleration, and access to finance with a special focus on SMEs and startups in the Western Balkans. We provide program origination, implementation, and monitoring of donor-funded projects, institutional capacity building and skills upgrade programs. We work with private companies, international development organizations, IFIs, government institutions, education providers and NGOs. We collaborate with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development for providing technical assistance to Macedonian and Montenegrin companies.
