Premier Community Bank is a locally-owned and privately held bank based in Washington County, Oregon. We serve business clients across the state of Oregon and Southwest Washington. Premier Community Bank was started by a group of business owners in Hillsboro, Oregon to provide organizations and individuals a local alternative to large national and regional banks. The doors to our headquarters opened in April 1999. The Bank has since grown to include five offices serving the greater Portland metropolitan area.
