Predacity Capital Management Ltd (“Predacity”) is an independent, pure-play hedge fund manager that delivers high returning hedge fund management services. The Predacity Emerging Markets High Yield Bond Fund Ltd. (the “Fund”) is a British Virgin Islands registered and licensed fund that was launched on April 1, 2014. The Fund is actively managed and targets superior risk-adjusted returns, after fees, of at least 7% per annum. The Fund invests at least 85% of its assets in non-investment grade debt securities issued by emerging market corporate entities and may invest up to 15% of its assets in non-investment grade debt securities issued by emerging market sovereigns. The Fund invests in short-medium term bonds to lower duration risk and invests only in bonds denominated in U.S. dollars to eliminate FX risk. The Fund aims to provide investors with higher yields by applying a deep value approach within an inefficient sub-asset class, and greater liquidity by allowing investors the ability to redeem their investment at the end of any quarter. The strategy is suitable for all investors, including; insurance companies, investment companies, banks, fund of funds, pension funds, and high net worth individuals seeking to allocate a portion of their portfolio to higher returns while maximizing liquidity.
