Pre-Met is a large UK based precision engineering solutions company. We specialise in contract metal presswork, stampings and assemblies. One of a handful of British manufacturing companies to hold all three quality assurance accreditations (EN91000, ISO14001 and IATF16949) we annually produce many millions of components for customers in over 35 countries. Our fully equipped press shop is housed in 45,000 sq ft of modern, well maintained facilities with over 70 presses ranging from 25 tons to 160 tons. We have high speed Bruderer, Roos and Yangli presses, alongside multi-slides and C' Frame presses and a large low volume hand press works area. Multiple automated weld lines and in-house finishes/ assemblies staging compliment our extensive production capabilities. Pre-Met can offer a complete range of engineering solutions from concept design; tooling manufacture, service and repair; prototyping; and into production and assembly. Our history spans back over a century and in modern times, Pre-Met has become a leading supplier to industry with state of the art manufacturing processes enabling us to cover automotive, aerospace, environmental, medical, audio visual and standards markets.
