Pratiksha Apurv It is rare for the ordinary eye to manage to see the truly meaningful and if it does, the mind is unwilling to accept it, for it goes against conventional wisdom. To break the mold it requires an empathetic inner vision and experiential understanding of what is, before even attempting to express what the sages have tried hard to convey.colors symbolize the hidden alphabets and are more capable of showcasing the inner vision vis-a-vis words. Encountering someone who has a bag full of colors and strokes showering god's blessings is in itself exceptional, more so in the arena of art. Niece and disciple of osho, pratiksha is a mystical traveler revealing the mysterious, layer-by-layer and in the process carrying on her spiritual odyssey in this beautiful journey called life.pratiksha initiated herself in sannyas at the very tender age of 11. Prior to entering into the art arena pratiksha was a successful fashion designer with a client list consisting of india’s who-is-who. While it is possible to draw and paint one's reflection on canvas, the shadow of inner journey can only be put on canvas through meditation and deep inner search. This is exactly what pratiksha has always attempted through ‘dhyan’ as well as ‘introspection’ and her colors are the tools to immortalize each new layer of understanding.  During the last six years, a part of pratiksha’s painting series collection ‘spiritual odyssey’ and “reflection” have been exhibited in major cities around the country, including 10 solo shows designed and created for spiritual-art lovers.pratiksha's 10 paintings were selected for 'soul of asia' section of 44th international film festival of india iffi held between november 20 to november 30,2013 in goa. The show was inaugurated by union minister for information and broadcasting manish tewari and hollywood star susan sarandon. It will be worth mentioning that her paintings were selected for india’s most prominent national exhibition organized by lalit kala akademi- under union ministry of culture, new delhi for three consecutive- 52nd, 53rd and 54th national exhibition.
