Population Services International (PSI) Myanmar is the Myanmar office of PSI, an international organization dedicated to improving the health of people in the developing world.
PSI Myanmar has been in operation since 1995 and is one of the largest providers of health products and services in the country. PSI Myanmar's programs span HIV, tuberculosis, malaria, reproductive health, and child health.
PSI operates in over 60 countries and focuses on a lack of family planning, HIV/AIDS, barriers to maternal health, and the greatest threats to children under five, including malaria, diarrhea, pneumonia, and malnutrition. As the world’s largest social marketing organization, PSI improves health outcomes in developing countries by mobilizing the private sector to make markets work for the poor and vulnerable.
