Polaris Parks is the first and foremost industrial land development company in Egypt and its region. Polaris Parks has been established as a the first initiative of its kind both as a private industrial park and as a large-scale joint collaboration between partners from Egypt, UK and KSA, aiming to benefit the experience of both partners to enable Egyptian economy play a stronger role in global markets. Through the synergy created by the strong regional partners, Polaris Parks have been developing around 5 million square meters in 6 October City Industrial Zone and Sadat City. Since inception to date, the company has successfully managed to develop most functional private industrial park developments in Egypt. These industrial parks have taken a significant role in attracting foreign direct investment to country during last years through its functional design, high quality infrastructure and professional management. Some of the investors who have decided to establish their facilities in Polaris Parks are; Procter&Gamble, Schlumberger, GM Mansour Automotive, Huhtamaki, Scib Paints, Henkel, Edita, Hayat Kimya and Logistica. Amongst numerous international awards and recognitions, Polaris Parks have also been awarded as 'Best Industrial Land and Warehouse Developer' by Euromoney and listed within 'Top 50 Global Economic Zones of Future' by Financial Times fDi Magazine and was recently awarded as 'The leading Industrial Park Developer in MENA' by World Special Economic Zones Federation. Polaris Paks also operates in fields of facility management, electricity distribution and warehouse development fields.
