The Pluto Capital group operates in the UK and South-East Europe. In the UK, Pluto provides residential development finance for developers. Pluto also manages a large portfolio of residential development loans for a major US financial institution. In South-East Europe (particularly Serbia, Croatia and Montenegro) Pluto manages a development fund which is active across a range of sectors– from city centre residential and coastal holiday homes to major retail and commercial projects. Pluto's investors range from financial institutions and funds through to family offices. With an established track record of strong returns for our investors, we seek to leverage our property development, asset management and financial expertise through the pursuit of new opportunities within our target markets.
