Platinum Pacific Restorations and Pro-Claim Restoration merged on November 1, 2012. creating two great brands and allowing both companies to leverage the efficiency and benefits of a larger, more diverse organization. PC Flooring and PC Environmental are divisions of Platinum Pro-Claim. PC Flooring is a full service flooring company, enabling the Company to complete all flooring quotes, repairs and replacements in-house without any middlemen. Our clients are able to visit our showroom, or have samples delivered to their homes, ensuring a seamless job completion process and receive customer service that is not comparable in our region. By dealing directly with suppliers, maintaining control over the quality of products used and having our own in-house installers, we are able to complete flooring installations, and the job itself, in the least amount of time possible.
