Plataforma Impact is an award winning 501c3 non-profit organization that delivers in-demand IT skills training in low-income communities and matches junior tech talent with hiring companies. We've provided quality IT training to 300+ students across 60 favela communities, placed graduates in companies across Brazil, the US, and Europe, and helped achieve an average salary increase of 3.7x. Partners include the Ballmer family, the Kiser Family Foundation, Oracle, Alura, C6 Bank, Deploy, Drummond Advisors, Globalfy, ZNest, FCamara, PipeOne, Bright Spark, Latitud, BayBrazil, and ENGIE. Our mission is to close the digital skills gap by helping people build a career based on their ability, not where or how they were born.
