PLAN of MA and RI is a nonprofit organization offering special needs trusts for people of all ages with mental health, developmental, and physical disabilities in the Massachusetts and Rhode Island communities. Our services include trust administration and case management by licensed social workers. We offer trusts that can be funded by individuals for themselves, called first party trusts, and trusts that can be funded by others for an individual with special needs, called third-party trusts.
