Our owner and CEO, Bruce Gradkowski, was born and raised in Pittsburgh. His deep roots in the Pittsburgh community served as motivation to build a hospice on the premise of giving back to the community. While healthcare has become complicated over the years, Pilgrimage cuts through the bureaucracy to provide an enriching patient-focused experience. We offer a personal touch with a compassionate staff highly skilled in navigating the end of life journey. Our mission is to create an incomparable experience for patients and families facing life limiting illnesses as, together, we embark on a transformational journey ministering to body, mind and soul enriching the quality of life’s ultimate health transition.
