سابقه شرکت زرین پلاستیک نیلگون به قبل از ثبت رسمی آن برمی گردد, کارگاه پلاستیک حمزه در سال 1360در استان تهران پس از اخذ مجوزهای لازم با ظرفیت تولید 1000تن در سال توسط کارآفرینی متعهد با نگرشی شگرف نسبت به آینده صنعت پلاستیک به نام آقای ابوالفضل حمزه ء راه اندازی و شروع فعالیت نمود.در راستای توسعه و بهبود کسب کار و در جهت رعایت مسائل زیست محیطی این کار کارگاه در سال 1374به شهرک صنعتی اشتهارد منتقل و به با برند پیلگون با هدف ایجاد فرصتهای شغلی و کمک به صنعت کشورپس از اخذ مجوز های مربوطه توسط ایشان در اشتهارد و در فضایی به مساحت 25000 متر تاسیس و پس از آن نسبت به تولید انواع محصولات پلاستیکی اقدام گردید.
