We provide Corporate Pilates classes at the premise of your office or suitable studios to help your staff eradicate fatigue and generate energy, leading to increased productivity and morale. We conduct Pilates workshops to help your staff understand the relationship of good posture and their aches and pains; and how Pilates can help to increase their performance in various sports such as golf, tennis, running. Our instructors are Stott Pilates® trained with at least 5 years of Pilates experience to bring you the safest and most effective Pilates exercises.
