Physiomics plc is a mathematical modelling company that combines cutting-edge PKPD and QSP modelling techniques with cancer biology expertise, to help biotech and pharma organisations streamline their drug development journeys. Our approach is to derive insight from all relevant data in order to de-risk decision-making and optimise the design of pre-clinical and clinical studies. Through use of bespoke models and our proprietary Virtual Tumour™ technology, the Physiomics team has informed the development of over 100 projects, over 50 targets and 70 drugs. Clients include Merck KGaA, Astellas, Bicycle Therapeutics, Numab Therapeutics & CRUK. The Company is based in Oxford and has close ties to the University and Hospital located there.
