Physician Leader Group (PLG) is a multidisciplinary coaching and consulting group dedicated to building effective physician leaders that can engage with their colleagues to drive change. Through Physician Executive Coaching, Organizational Consulting, and Physician Leadership Strategy and Program Development, PLG works with physicians, their teams, and their organizations to build the skills required to be effective within their unique culture and environment. We help physicians be as successful as leaders as they are as clinicians, and equip them with the skills to drive the results that directly benefit the patients and communities they serve.
