At its core, our program builds upon the concept of multi-plane motion patterns, which improve strength, flexibility, balance, body sculpting and core conditioning. Phrog™ Training recruits more muscle groups than traditional, body-building based, strength training. This results in a much higher caloric expenditure. “Phrog Reality Training” also helps restore balance with movements that simulate our clients everyday activities, making it a useful tool for anyone looking to strengthen the total body and get into the best shape of their life. Phrog Personal Training Studio utilizes only the most highly educated, skilled, experienced, "out side of the box" personal trainers. At nearly 9,000 sq.ft., Phrog is one of the most spacious personal training studios in the U.S. Large open areas adorned with natural bamboo flooring, accented weathered stone walls, and flowing fountains set a Zen tone. The entire facility, void of distracting televisions or intrusive media, adds a refreshing disconnection to the distractions and stresses of the modern world.
