Photo London is the leading fair for celebrating the past, present, and future of Photography.
Created to give London an international photography event befitting the city’s status as a global cultural capital, Photo London has established itself as a world-class photography fair and as a catalyst for London’s dynamic photography community.
Based in the grand surroundings of Somerset House in London’s West End, Photo London takes over the entire site every May to bring together many of the world’s leading galleries, dealers, artists, curators, and collectors, as well as providing a platform for emerging galleries and artists pushing the boundary of the medium.
Each edition of the Fair sees a unique Public Programme including special exhibitions and installations; and several Awards announced, headlined by the Photo London Master of Photography Award.
Beyond the Fair, Photo London regularly hosts Pre-Fair Talks with major institutions, auction houses, galleries and the burgeoning creative communities in the East End and South London, presenting a series of year-round Satellite Events.
Photo London is produced by Candlestar, an internationally renowned cultural consultancy with an outstanding reputation within the field of photography and the arts. Candlestar produces the Prix Pictet on behalf of the Pictet Group.
