Phlo Systems (former Satoshi Systems) was founded in Dec 2016 with an objective to provide intuitive, easy to use, inexpensive SaaS to the physical commodity trading industry with an objective to make them operationally efficient. Over the years we have successfully developed the following products and services:
1. opsPhlo - a complete end-to-end commodities management ERP system built in partnership with Acumatica ( https://www.acumatica.com/ ). The system allows commodity traders to digitise all their day to day core business operations such as management of contracts, hedging, purchase, sales, back-to-back trading, inventory, warehousing, shipping, trucking, other logistics (rail, barges etc), scheduling, delivery, customs documentation, settlement, invoicing, finance and accounting. We have now started adding non core modules such as payroll, HR, project management, manufacturing, expense management, CRM etc also to it.
2. finPhlo - finPhlo is an end-to-end business management ERP solution for trade financiers. It assists financiers in creating loan/financing facilities, managing legal documentation, generating repayment schedules, managing collateral, managing commercial contracts & invoice reassignments, exposure & limits management, accounting, MIS and Investor Reporting among other features.
3. tradePhlo - Customs Training and Software for International Importers and Exporters - https:/tradephlo.com/
We help SMEs globally who import or export goods to navigate the complexity around the customs processes. This is particularly important now that due to Brexit the custom rules and processes of Import/Export to EU or moving goods through Northern Ireland have significantly changed. We combine our training with continuous support provided through our opsPhlo platform to automate/digitise the customs processes.
