تأسست فارمسي ون في عام 2001 كأول سلسلة صيدليات في الأردن، محققة موقعًا رياديًا بقدر واسع من الانتشار من خلال 104فروع ممتدة حول المملكة، ما مكّنها من تقديم مجموعة متنوعة ومتكاملة من الأدوية والمستحضرات الطبية ومستحضرات التجميل و لوازم الطفل، وغيرها من المنتجات التي تلبي  الطلبات المتزايدة و المتغيرة للسوق الأردنية. كما وعمدت فارمسي ون على التميز لتوفير العديد من الخدمات النموذجية من خلال تسخير أحدث التقنيات والخدمات المثالية و الأنظمة المتطورة، يقدمها فريق مؤهل ومتخصص من الصيادلة والخبراء، سواء في فروع فارمسي ون، أو من خلال تقديم الاستشارات المجانية من مركز التدريب والمعلومات الدوائية والسموم في مجالات الاستخدامات الدوائية ومدى توفرها، بالإضافة إلى المعلومات عن التعامل مع التعارضات الدوائية وحالات السمية. Pharmacy one, the first chain Pharmacy to be established in Jordan in 2001. since the launch; Pharmacy One managed to spread 104 branches throughout all Jordanian districts.
