In that time we have completed over 2,500 projects in UK, Europe, the Americas, East Europe, Asia and the Far East, ranging from small customer satisfaction surveys in the UK through to 30-country international trackers. We conduct both quantitative (CATI) and qualitative (TDI) projects. Today we have one of the largest single-site dedicated CATI centres in the world, based in Glasgow, UK, covering over 40 languages. Our focus is on collecting robust data that stands up to scrutiny – but we are able to achieve this at very competitive costs, and are often able to turn around projects very quickly. All interviews and data processes are in accordance to the codes of conduct as laid down by the MRS (Market Research Society), ESOMAR and CASRO. All work is accredited to ISO 20252.
