We’re so much more than financial investors; we provide the leadership, marketing, and training to help our partners flourish. By acquiring and partnering with veterinary practices and pet service businesses across the country, we're making accessible, high-quality pet wellness available nationwide. Making high-quality veterinary medicine accessible and convenient isn’t easy. Our strategic partnerships allow our facilities to become full-service pet wellness centers. From boarding to grooming to veterinary and everything in between, PWA is here to support owners through their pet’s lifelong wellness journey. Our co-founders, husband and wife team Dr. Jessica Miller, DVM and CEO Brock Leach, saw the daily challenges and high rates of burnout veterinarians face. After selling their veterinary practice in 2018, the team began exploring a larger vision: a national family of pet wellness brands known for providing the highest quality medicine to pet parents and offering a wellness-focused, flexible work environment to veterinarians. Our company culture introduces mentorship opportunities, encourages continuing education, and prioritizes work-life balance, creating a healthy environment for veterinarians to practice their best medicine.
