PetroPlata is an equity crowdfunding portal for the oil & gas sector. PetroPlata has developed an online marketplace that facilitates direct equity investments from individual and small institutional investors into privately held small to emerging oil & gas companies and listed issuers (where regulations permit). The platform will attract a wide range of businesses from: seed and start-up stage to more established growth and expanding oil & gas companies, and all related oil & gas industry providers.
