Persistent Hunters’ Philosophy
We are named for an ancient practice in which hunters use endurance and tenacity to exhaust and then catch prey. Persistence hunting was common among our early ancestors, allowing a hunter to prevail over animals that might be faster in short spurts, but were no match against relentless tracking and dogged stamina.
This enduring drive, along with our focus on building a supportive, fun community of athletes, guides our approach to group fitness.
What to Expect
Persistent Hunters' fitness program is structured around group classes, complemented by a personalized plan tailored to the unique goals and fitness level of each athlete. In the first week, you will work with Coach Matt to define your goals and outline a plan to achieve them.
Each Member Receives:
•A one-on-one goal-setting session and tailored fitness plan
•Access to small group classes, which incorporate strength, conditioning and mobility, and are different every day
•Individualized coaching and modifications to suit your goals and fitness level
