PERRY + BELL is a long standing family firm of Property Consultants specializing in Property Management and Architecture, Established in 1920 by the founders: Louis de Peyrecave FMLPA., AMICE (1920 - 1944) Raymond Beryl (1920 - 1945) Since that time the firm has stayed under the control of the de Peyrecave family for three generations culminating in the current principal of the firm Ian de Peyrecave RIBA (1988 - Present) PERRY + BELL have been developing its Architecture department since 1086 and now offers a wide experience in all types of Architecture including Student Accommodation, Retail, Residential and sustainable Architecture. We can now offer a complete service to our property clients from inception of a building project through its construction and finalizing in its on going management.
