Performance Solutions Limited is a boutique consulting firm, with a small and mighty team of HR and business consulting specialists from Bermuda, Canada, and the US. The firm was founded in 2000 by Kelly Francis, who has been a consultant for over 25 years, first starting in the US before moving to the Bermuda market. The firm continues to cultivate a loyal and diverse client base from all public and private industry sectors and varying in size from the few to the few hundred.
