Peach Properties is a commercial and residential real estate management and development company located in downtown Tucson. Recently, Peach’s involvement with the historic core of Tucson led to work on a number of new and exciting projects. Including 1 East Toole, 119 East Toole, 64 East Broadway, 50 East Broadway, 44 East Broadway, 210-220 East Broadway, One North Fifth, and Herbert Residential. Ron Schwabe and Peach Properties are actively involved in transforming the look and use of historic buildings in the downtown of Tucson AZ. Peach has developed over 2,400 residential units, and more than 600,000 sq.ft of commercial space (half being historic re-use projects) with a value of over $155,000,000.
