At Pause Wellness Center, our primary focus is on helping people learn the skills they need to manage the challenges they are facing in their lives related to mental health. We teach our clients to be more emotionally savvy, to learn how to communicate effectively, and to manage mental health symptoms using a variety of different strategies. Our group practice is growing and we continue to evolve and use evidence-based practices to help serve our clients to the best of our ability. We work with adolescents, adults and couples.
