Since 1962, Paul Murphy Plastics Company has specialized in the manufacturing of custom thermoplastic profile extrusions. Our products are utilized by a variety of industries including appliance, architectural / building products, automotive, casual furniture, chemical processing, electronics, lawn and garden, marine, and office furniture. Custom Thermoplastic Extrusions A host of fabrication services including cutting, punching, embossing, heat sealing and laminating. Design and Development Product designs are then translated into custom tooling which is built in-house utilizing a range of machining technologies. Our Projects Our material knowledge helps you identify the optimum combination of performance and cost. We are always evaluating new material technologies to offer our customers. In addition, we custom formulate and compound our own polyvinyl chloride (PVC) materials for optimum performance (strength, weather, ability, etc) and consistency.
