Tropical Fruits get high value by Long-shelf life products which are made to enjoy the flavor and taste all year long.  Keeping the authentic taste and traditional methods to manufacture the products encourages the artisans of the self-help groups to manufacture good food with a global quality and taste palette.    "Artisanal" promotion in manufacturing and sales of post-production of tropical fruits to develop Palatable good quality products while conserving the traditional style of culinary art.  Encourage the Local youth, especially the Less literate who get training under Skills India, to start the Manufacturing of global quality products with good manufacturing practices and systems, with a blend of technology where needed and putting hygiene procedures in place.
