Founded in 1994, San Francisco based Pasta Pomodoro is a collection of modern Italian restaurants with a warm, welcoming dining environment. Seventeen years later, Pasta Pomodoro's mission remains the same with a renewed emphasis on its initial roots --- great, modern Italian food at a reasonable price. One new area of "passionate focus" is trying to use local, natural and organic ingredients as often as possible. Since 2010, we have established relationships with California farmers, wineries, breweries and food purveyors such as Belfiore Cheese Company, Bellwether Farms, Brandt Beef, Clavo Cellars, Coke Farms, Diestel Ranch, Fra'Mani Handcrafted Foods, Lagunitas Brewing Company, LangeTwins Family Winery & Vineyards, Macchia Winery, North Coast Brewing, Poco Dolce, Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Company, Riverdog Farms, Speakeasy Ales & Lagers, Trumer Pils, Uvaggio and Zoe's Meats.
