PEC specializes in providing telecom Systems for Time Division Multiplexed (TDM) and Voice of the Internet (VoIP) phone companies, entrepreneurs, corporate offices, and many more. Since 1984, we have been creating innovative, bullet-proof software, and have installed over 25,000 Systems around the world. We started with enterprise voice mail Systems and expanded to carrier grade Systems soon after. We then added Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Systems, telemarketing dial out Systems, call center Systems, VoIP, calling card, call shop, and ITSP Systems. We have four classes or telecom products: 1 - Voice Mail/ Automated Attendant Systems - Provides call routing, messaging, and notification functionality. Example are corporate voice mail systems, carrier voice mail systems, and service bureau voice mail systems. 2 - Autodialers - Provide mass call out from a list of phone numbers and delivery of a pre-recorded message to the recipients. We have the single user version and also the multi-user, web-enabled version of the technology. 3 - Interactive Voice Response (IVR) - This provides connection to databases and has a bullet-proof applications generator that allows you implement different call flows. 4 - VoIP Billing - This technology runs on the Cisco routers and provides call control and real time billing for calling card companies. We have many specialized products that are used by utility companies and county governments.
