Founded in 1996, PBS are now market leaders offering commercial enforcement services to landlords and managing agents throughout England and Wales. PBS specialise in Commercial Rent Arrears Recovery (CRAR), a regime governed by The Taking Control of Goods Regulations which came into force in 2014, when the enforcement industry as whole was updated. Other services offered are forfeiture (the recovery of commercial premises by forfeiture of lease also known as peaceful re-entry), commercial debt collection, people search and tracing, process serving, and credit checks on companies and individuals. Parkinson Bailiff Services provide a bespoke service tailored to the individual needs of every client. Each client has their own login to our secure client services portal, allowing them to view and interact with their instruction, following its’ progress from start to finish. Each instruction is dealt with promptly and professionally, and where instructions are received before 3pm, Monday to Friday, they will be dealt with on the same day. To assist clients training new graduates and new starters, PBS provide seminars and one-to-one meetings nationwide, completely free of charge.
