The PantoSystem is the state-of-the-art solution for automatic pantograph monitoring, using PantoScanners to reliably capture images and 3D scans of pantographs on high-speed trains, running up to 350 km/hour. Our system provides early detection of damages on carbon strips and other mechanical defects of pantograph heads, which prevents teardown of overhead wiring, eliminates operational disruptions and reduces maintenance costs.
