J. S. Pall had gone to u. S. A to attend solar energy conference about 38 years back where he invented the first metalic tandoor of the world and got the design patented internationally. while in america americans provoked mr. J. S. Pall to protect their bar-be que still to keep the same smoky flavour in their roasted food. thus 35 years back our chairman Mr. J. S. Pall with partial american technology and partially his own genius research, invented the first gas tandoor of the world. For the american hospitality industry and for the world food structure at large. The concept of tandoori food took a dramatic and revolutionary turn that day. India has attracted the serious attention of most world countries who were using coal based tandoors and have now realized the disadvantages of pollution being generated by coal. Carbon dioxide and carbon mono-oxide gases were poisoning the chicken and other food, cooked in the coal/mud tandoors. They thus realised that palls gas tandoors which is totally smokeless and 100% pollution free, and most cost effective could recover their cost in 5/6 months time per saving of coal/fuel, it could become a boon to the hotels, restaurants, canteens, and it could become a delight of the chef who could use these tandoors which are light and portable, for catering and out- door tandoor service palls tandoors has been revolutionalising the concept of tandoor cooking, with under mentioned marveling features:- 1. Totally smoke less and 100% pollution free. Pre-heating 8/10 minutes only as compared to 60/90 minutes smoke filled pre- heating of coal/mud tandoors. 2. The hot air of about 350/400 deg. C passes from the back and front of the third inner wall, thereby keeping the wall where, nans/ rotis are slapped, constantly hot. Any number of nans/rotis, at an extra fast speed, cannot and do not reduce the required heat of this wall. the rotis/nans/paranthas are crisp and are not under- cooked from back or from front,as it happens in mud/clay/coal tandoors. 3. lesser consumption of gas, gives higher out-put of production thereby producing higher number of nan/rotis per hour. These are well baked and remain crisp and soft for hours and even for days, because they contain higher amount of moisture. Because the flame or fire does not enter the cavity of the tandoor, it is the heat waves, which strike the food, nan/rotis/chicken/kababs, and bakes it up to the bones without making it hard or the texture rubber like. 4. The taste of this nans/rotis/chicken, fish, kebab, tikkas etc. Is 100% same as of clay tandoor when you get from the mouth of the palls tandoors. As the hot air primarily rotates itself around the third inner wall, it does not hit out from the mud/coal tandoors. (the triple wall technology is available in super jumbo, jumbo, super king and king models only. in medium and deluxe models, which have smaller cavities, this technology is not needed) totally smokeless, pollution free, dust free gas tandoors. ◙ coal is expensive and banned in all over the world. ◙ pre/heating time 8 10 minutes only as compared to 60/90 minutes smoke filled pre-heating of coal/mud tandoors. ◙ for chicken roasting, pre\heating time is 2-3 minutes only. ◙ no moving part, no damageable, breakable or replaceable part in normal use. ◙ for ideal performance in hotels, canteens clubs,restaurants, hospitals, catering units, defence kitchens and cookhouses. ◙ for villages, jungles, mountain, deserts, caravans, yatri and tent houses.
