David Andrew is the president and owner of Pacific Investment Counsel, Inc., which is a privately-owned investment management firm located in Huntington Beach, Orange County, California. David has over 30 years of experience managing client investment accounts. Pacific Investment Counsel is the successor to Leland A. Parker & Associates, Inc., an investment management firm with a 50-year history of successfully serving clients. Mr. Andrew re-joined Leland A. Parker & Associates, Inc. in 2013 after serving clients for 16 years as an Investment Counselor and Portfolio Manager with Clifford Swan Investment Counsel. While at Clifford Swan, David managed the Orange County office. He was also a member of the firm’s research and investment advisory group. Prior to Clifford Swan, David spent ten years with Leland A. Parker & Associates, Inc., where he served as President and Portfolio Manager. Pacific Investment Counsel, Inc. is a Registered Investment Advisor which acts as a fiduciary in serving its clients. The firm is independent of any bank, insurance company, and brokerage firm. Pacific Investment Counsel mainly invests client assets in individual common stocks, mutual funds and exchanged-traded funds. The firm is compensated based on a percentage of assets under management. Clients include individuals, IRAs, personal trusts, and profit-sharing plans.
