Puttenham Golf Club is one of the oldest and finest golf clubs in the South East of England. Puttenham was formed in 1894 by a group of Army Officers, Charterhouse School Masters and local businessmen. Whether it was a strategic military decision or just luck they chose well when deciding to build it on land that drained well naturally. Puttenham is proud of its reputation as a one of the friendliest clubs around, and our picturesque 18 hole tree-lined course will provide a challenge to any golfer.
Nestling in the foothills of the Hogs Back just off the A31 in Surrey, Puttenham golf club is only 10 minutes’ drive from the centres of Guildford, Farnham and Godalming. 15 minutes’ drive from Woking, Camberley, Pirbright, Worplesdon, Aldershot and Farnborough and only 35 miles from Central London.
