Ife (pronounced E-Fay) Bethel-Sears is the principal consultant at PRVLGD Consulting. Ife has spent the past ten years honing her expertise in project development. Ife’s portfolio of projects includes Baha Mar Resorts luxury hotels, Island Luck online gaming, OWN Bahamas entrepreneurship foundation, Bahamas Carnival music festival and ILTV Television and Radio Production Studio in The Bahamas. In 2017, Ife started her consultancy business PRVLGD Ltd. In 2018, Ife created her first self-financed, independent travel docuseries pilot entitled Millennials On The Rise featuring Rwanda. This project was awarded The 2021 Runner Up in The Realscreen x EveryWoman Studios Propelle Accelerator Program. Ife has also developed projects for Westbrook Inc. founded by Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith and Ish Entertainment founded Michael Hirschorn, the former head of programming at VH1.
